I’ll give it this: it looked nice when I first got it. But it wore off way faster than it should have, and that’s on them for making it seem like it would last. Frustrating and not worth the hype.

I’d give aboutface.com like 3 stars for the packaging. My order did show up on time, so that part was fine, but the outside box was kinda dented and one corner looked smashed

Nothing was actually ruined thankfully, but one item had a little scuff on the packaging. Not a huge deal, just feels like they could use stronger boxes or maybe more padding inside. It was okay, just not super sturdy

They were helpful, it just took a while to hear back sometimes. Not a huge deal, but I did find myself waiting longer than expected for answers

I tried using a promo code I found on their site, but it just wouldn’t apply at checkout. I kept waiting and refreshing, thinking maybe it would finally go through, but nope. The prices themselves are fine, but the whole discount process was confusing and frustrating. After wasting that time, I’m not really in a hurry to order again

I do really like about-face products. The colors are fun, the formulas I’ve tried have been solid, and the site is easy to get around without feeling like a chore.
My biggest complaint is the restocks. A couple shades I wanted were sold out for weeks, and I kept checking back like I was supposed to just patiently accept the mystery. There wasn’t really a clear update, so it started to feel like they were forcing me to be patient instead of just telling me what was going on.
I’d still buy from them because the products are good, but I wish popular shades came back faster or at least had better restock info. Waiting is one thing, but having to keep guessing gets old quickly.
